Sofa bed (Kings Heath B13)

3 seater bed. Folds out to about 1 1/2 size single bed. Still solid as it hasn't been used much since our kids left home. Ink mark on a cushion cover and a back rest, otherwise OK, although it would benefit from a new foam mattress or futon type base. Adheres to fire regs.
