Grey fabric corner sofa. Very comfortable.

Covers can be removed and washed, and have been in the past (not recently). One back cushion may need some new padding, but otherwise the sofa has a lot of life left in it. We do have a dog who has been on the sofa (in case of allergies etc). The arm of the sofa needs a spot clean (it cannot be removed and go through the machine).

Sofa breaks into two pieces for transport. Collection only, from Hailsham. You’ll need two people to carry it down the flight of stairs, and a van.
