Disabled man in need of clothes (Palm and Dakota area)

My name is Daniel and I'm in need of hard to find size of clothes. The sizes I'm in need of are as follows: Shirts 4xl-5xl, Pants 54 or 56 x 32 and shoe size 15. Any help would definitely be a blessing. Thank you.
