This printer needs its colour heads cleaning. To do that it needs to be taken apart and a solvent like ethanol pushed through the heads from a syringe. I have done this before and whilst it's not a terrible job, I just can't be bothered.
This has the ink tanks, which are all quite full. The problem we had was that we didn't use it enough. A couple of colour prints each week would do.
Black is fine, scanner and copier work fine also.
