Vax floor cleaner not working (Beckenham BR3)

This steam cleaner worked until I had some building work done and stopped using it for a while. It gets power and lights go on etc but for some reason the water doesn’t go through to create steam. Instructions book provided. Someone me may be able to get it working again.
