USB2.0 Digital Video Capture adaptor - "Dazzle Digital Video Creator 90", made by Pinnacle Systems, dates from ~2004 or so. See pictures for connectivity options - audio, video and s-video from what I can see.
I have not checked checked whether it works, or for compatibility against latest windows etc.
