This is a 1500 watt heater, about 5"x5.5"x7" high. It must be built like a tank, judging by its weight. It has a switch to select either heat or fan only but not like the normal portable heaters. The fan only setting allows for a variable fan speed from very low to surprisingly powerful but relatively quiet. The heat setting is also variable but it must be a thermostat because the heat seems to stay the same and the fan stays on the same low speed. The heater blows hot enough to be uncomfortable about a foot away, but about 2 feet away, the airflow is going more up than out. I don't know where I got it from and have not used it, so I can't tell you anything about the operation other than that. It is quite clean on the inside, so I'm guessing it was barely used in the last 36 years (it has a 09/89 date sticker on it). Another unusual thing about it is that it has a polished brass-looking finish.
