Cream coat hook with 7 black hooks. Was part of a damaged item (end fitting which was for a shelf above was broken) but the coat hook plinth itself is fine. It has never been used. From Off The Grain. The two other hooks are added after mounted to the wall. You may just want to paint the end of the plinth. To collect before Thursday preferably.
