Fiskars scissors has rust spots, for crafts? Or .. (Westbury Fields BS9)

Fiskars kitchen scissors which now have several rust spots from dishwasher use, even though they are supposed to be dishwasher safe. Still work well as scissors but not the best for food use. Maybe general purpose or crafts. Seem too good for the bin.
