Exerpeutic Walking Treadmill (Pasadena, near Bungalow Heaven)

Good condition. Works (just tested it), even after cleaning by remediation company.
Treadmill part folds up vertically. The dimensions when folded are:
~33” wide x ~27” deep x ~60” tall
About 4.5 feet deep when treadmill part is deployed.
Magnet came out of safety cord, but I think that is easily fixable.
The handles/dashboard piece adjusts horizontal, but I think the cleaners tightened it with a hex key for transport, so apologies for not being able to photograph it that way.
