Costume for 7 year old! (hat/ beard/ whip/ waistcoat!) (Hornsey N8)

My 7 year old is in a school play and I need to get a costume for her (GULP). She is playing the part of the fire-eater (Magniafuoco) in Pinocchio (see picture). If you have ANYTHING that could help get her to look anything like this guy, please let me know. Thank you!
