We bought this customized mug for Linda, the oral hygienist at our dentist's office. However, when we got there we were told "Linda is no longer with us." They didn't offer to hold the mug for Linda, so something went bad and we didn't ask.
Now we have a personalized gift mug for a dental hygienist named Linda with no one to give it to.
