Old iphone (Hagerstown md)

My niece lost her phone. She just needs something that can connect to wifi so she can talk with her friends. She lives out in the boondocks so it’s her main connection to her friends outside of school. iPhone would be preferred because of FaceTime, but anything will do. Thanks 😊
