This pillow is designed for sitting up or sleeping upright. It's made up of 4 separate pillows that can be put together in various ways to make you comfortable. Pillows attach to each other using velcro. Used for about 6 months after breaking my arm.
Pillow is foam with a cover for each individual component. Each cover is fully washable.
