House alarm for project (Walton on Thames KT12)

Hi

I am hoping to do an electronics project over the Christmas period and am looking for an old house alarm system as part of it. A bit of a long shot but was wondering if anyone were upgrading theirs and had the old one going spare? I only need the system itself and keypad but it you had sensors too that would be even better.
