Big square candle - for melting down? (Cubbington CV32)

I've had this big 4 wick candle for a while. The wicks have always been hard to light and keep alight. Would anyone who makes candles be able to melt down and reuse the wax? I have made a mess trying to dig out the wicks to light, but it is superficial.
