Two-Drawer Filing Cabinet (Garden City OX5)

I have a Pierre Henry two-drawer filing cabinet in grey. It's in good condition, except that a piece has snapped off the handle on the upper drawer. I've tried gluing it, and finding a replacement, both with no luck. Maybe someone more practical than me can fix it. Complete with both keys.
