Paint, decorating Tools Wallpaper (Gleadless Valley S14)

I've moved in to my first ever home, and it definitely needs redecorating, and I'd like to make it my own too.
Due to personal reasons, I literally have nothing, and nobody to ask for help. I've looked at loans, and grants but they seem to be for emergencies or disasters etc...
I'm not in a position to look a gift horse in the mouth but would love to have any grey, silver, blue, kind of colours and/or anything you don't want for curtains, blinds, cushion covers etc...
