Battery powered ride on train (not working) 1-3 years (Steventon OX13)

All Aboard Train as pictured, recently received from another freegler - it worked briefly, and despite charging battery and spare, now refuses to go - 20 (not 22) pieces of track fit fine for circle or oval circuit
