Frame is perfect. Some glass panels need replacing. Shade cloth seems ok but is old.
Approx 2 metres x2.5 metres.
Couple of wooden benches inside.
Even has a cat door.
We'll help to dismantle it. Definitely needs a trailer to pick up.
