Good condition, some surface marks not noticeable, one half inch nick in the laminate in one spot, again not noticeable,very little bit of wear &tear on laminate on inside of bottom draw where 2 angles meet; Back is still on nice & straight, bit of drooping in middle of draws but I have supplied wedges with screws if you want them. I never needed them.
