Plain flour (Poundbury DT1)

I have an unopened 1.5kg bag of Waitrose organic plain flour. I also have some organic wholemeal flour, direct from local growers. Both are past their 'best before' date, but perfectly dry and clean and fit for use. Ideal for making bread.
