Fragrance oil for candle making (Kirkland)

New (but opened to smell) fragrance oil for candle making or soap making. It isn’t to be used on the body like perfume. 2oz of good girl gone bad, I think it supposed to smell like the Killian perfume but I’m not sure. Please view the IFRA on the wholesale supplies plus website.
