Char-Broil grill or similar (DFW)

Looking for a Char-Broil grill that is small enough to fit on an apartment balcony I've seen several up for grabs have not been able to stag one before they were taken. The grill needs to be an okay shape I can replace certain parts if need be. Thank you in advance!
