Hi my friends mental health is really quite poor just now especially this time of year after losing his sister a few months ago. Everyone can feel a bit lost at times and I’m worried about him as there’s only so much tv to be watched. He said a throw away comment about wishing he had a console to take up his time and quiet the intrusive thoughts.
He can’t get into a book and “Die Hard” is done with for Christmas. “It’s A Wonderful Life” is really too close to the bone with, we’re both isolated from family this year. I read to tune out of the Christmas ghosts, he’s not so lucky.
