Outdoor light - LED not working (Cupertino)

Great outdoor light fixture, but couldn’t purchase replacement LED panel from manufacturer, Kovak P1146-286-L. It was discontinued a few years ago. No replacement parts available from manufacturer, Lamps Plus or Build With Ferguson. The LED box is caulked in place. If you know how to replace the LED retrofit kit, you are in business.
