Geranium clippings (Oakland)

I need to cut back my geraniums. I will cut for interested persons. I also have pieces in water. However these cuttings should be planted individual pots and then sprayed with neem oil. I believe the mother plants have rust disease. Once they are planted they flourish. Oakland Rockridge
