Natural Fiber Pillows (Middlefield & San Antonio Road)

Just wondering if anyone has any 100% natural fiber pillows they wish to part with? I'm hoping to find 4 Avocado, and one goose down with a 100% cotton shell on the down pillow. I have developed an acute sensitivity to polyesther, and break out into a nasty rash, and polyesther pillows don't dissipate heat. I'm a lung patient that needs to be propped up just so I can breathe. Any help would be appreciated.
