Electric/Gas Scooter 49cc or Less (East New york)

I need a gas or electric scooter 49cc or less something drivable without having to have a license or a plate. Im unemployed trying to work doing deliveries in addition to other things so I can start making money for myself. I'm trying to be independent and not dependent on anything or anyone but this is the first step in that direction. If anyone can help please let me know, thanks you and God bless 🙏
