Office chair on wheels (Lucan)

Office chair. Good working order. Wheels are perfect. 2 issues - the zip that keeps the back fabric in place is not working. It doesn’t make a difference. The back stays on anyway and works fine as a back rest. 2nd issue: there is a hole in the seat fabric, caused by the hardware poking through. I don’t feel it when I sit in the chair but the new owner could use a cushion.
