Tylo Sense Sport 2/4 Sauna Heater.
Two years old and I think works okay, but would need checking by an electrician.
It wasn't working so I purchased a replacement, but when the electrician inspected it he discovered that the cable coming out of the back of the heater had melted - and this was likely the problem - so heater itself is likely fine. Since I had bought a replacement, I installed the new one anyway.
It also just needs a wipe clean.
