Kombucha SCOBY (Broxtowe NG8)
Make your own Kombucha at home with this SCOBY. Symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast is a culinary symbiotic fermentation culture consisting of lactic acid bacteria, acetic acid bacteria, and yeast which arises in the preparation of sour foods and beverages such as kombucha. All you need is a large jar to ho;d about 2 litres or more, 100 grams of sugar and 4 tea bags or 30 grams of dried Hibiscus flowers and the starter I will provide. Very nutritious.
