Laptops that won't run Windows 11 don't need to be scrapped. I suggest loading Linux (an alternative operating system) though you could just keep W10 and use a decent anti-virus. I am looking for W10 laptops to install Linux and offer back on here or donate elsewhere, though I am after one with a 17" screen for my own use.
