Plastic Grocery Bags for Cat Litter (East Bay)

Hello, I'm looking for plastic grocery bags for cat litter. Do you have some that you don't know what to do with? Or might you know where I can get some for free?

In Benicia or Vallejo would be best or along 680 Corridor from Benicia to San Ramon as well.
