Child protection/travel car seat (Van nuys)

I'm looking for somebody who might have an extra or no.When they're willing to gift. It's a travel car seat. My nephew is autistic and he's a little too big for the car seats now and because he's uncomfortable in the regular car seats. He's starting to. It'd be very uncomfortable when we're driving. I mean, I think one of these would be great, but money's a little tight as long as it has. The straps/ harness, the color doesn't really matter, well maybe except for pink. Lol.. honestly, it would be great if we got one
