Kids bike (West Molesey.)

It seems to be basically OK. It's an Apollo Fade which is a cheap bike that Halfords used to sell. Their website says it is for 5 to 9 year olds (though i think 5 to 8 is more likley) who have a height of 112cm to 126. The seat could go 2cm lower and then it would be 52 cm off the ground. So you could use that measurement (as an inside leg measurement.). It has 16 inch whels and one gear. It is aimed at kids who are progreessing upwards from a bike with stabilisers.
