convector heater not working (Finsbury Park N4)

Dimplex heater- was great. Just stopped working…..don’t know how to try to fix it. One "handle" missing

~to avoid a fine, you can only enter( and leave)the area from Blackstock Rd into Ambler Rd or Rock St into St. Thomas's Rd
