Unlocked carrier cell phone 📱 (Cedar Crest)

I'm looking for a phone that is unlocked and able to use with any phone carrier my phone screen is cracked and the battery is not able to keep a charge if anyone is able to help me out it would be greatly appreciated thank you and happy new year
