Posting this for a friend. This 47 inch Panasonic TV with remote, is in very good condition externally and did have a fantastic picture until it started turning itself off after about 40 seconds, with a blinking red light. We thought perhaps someone that does refurbishing may like to have a go at repairing it or use it for spare parts. We found the following information on google that may help….
‘Panasonic TV keeps turning off due to power settings (timers, eco mode), a faulty remote/stuck button, overheating (blocked vents), loose connections, or internal hardware issues like bad capacitors on the power board, which often cause blinking lights and require checking settings, cleaning, power cycling, or professional repair for serious faults’. This TV will have to go to the dump in seven days if there is no interest. Thanks.
