Bird of paradise (plant) (East side of Providence)

In the picture, it’s tied up to keep it tight
It’s about 6-7 feet high with several decent fronds/shoots and was repotted a few months ago, but not doing well in my place
It’s got real potential
Jordan’s Jungle folks repotted it most recently and it could grow into a beautiful specimen with the right TLC
Need a wagon or something larger enough so it’s all inside and probably helps to have two people to carry it although guessing it’s only about 30lbs
