A 14 inch Ford Fiesta hubcap. Came off of a mk 7.5 Fiesta, I think they also came with similar era KA's too.
Not in the best condition, hence replacement, but the clips are fine and it stays put and works as intended. See the pictures for reference.
It will otherwise just go off to be recycled.
