Bicycle parts for Cuban teens (Mountain View near Springer)

We're going to Cuba on a biking trip and supporting a teen boys cycling group there. if you have spare bike repair parts just sitting in your garage, let me know. We'll take and donate.
We have limited space so looking to bring smaller items.
