Car Bicycle Rack (Germantown 20874)

This is a rack that can hold up to three bicycles. It is set up to use a 1.25" receiver hitch, but with a different attachment could fit into a 2" receiver. It's very sturdy (i.e. heavy) steel, and comes with a built in lock.
