What you see is what you get. It has the washer tank as well as the dry vac part BUT there are no pipes or end pieces so would only work as wet and dry vac not as a carpet cleaner. As a dry vac it should have a cotton bag inside to act as an extra filter but it doesnt.
The good news is it still sucks well
