Two large Altura bike panniers - falling apart (Bisley Old Road GL5)

As you can see these are being held together with gorilla tape at this stage - but I have just used them! Offering here just in case someone has use of them for a little while before they completely go, or can reuse the fabric or some of the fixings for another project.
