Double Bed or Futon (Cliburn CA10)

We are looking for a spare bed for visitors, for occasional use. If anyone is clearing out a bed or pull out bed / day bed / futon type thing, or even sofa bed, something for people to sleep on would be great. Some of the relatives are getting too old for camping mats on the floor! Thank you.
