I want to transform the space under my stairs into storage. It’s going to involve wood - some thick stuff for a frame and then I think old kitchen cabinets would be ideal for some of the pull-outs that I have in mind. Cabinet doors/any kind of door ish thing would be useful for the fronts (my plan is to have something like cabinets turned perpendicular that can be slid out). So also strong runners are probably required or any strong slidey mechanism that will support good weight).
Happy to hear about other bits that may work for this! I’m not a trades person and although I’m ok with DIY, this is definitely an ambitious project for me but keen to have a go.
