These are a few years old (2018) and some apps probably don't work any more, but it does power on, show menus etc.
* Working, for example: YouTube, iPlayer, 4, U
* Power supply OK
* Remote control works
* Ethernet OK, WiFi not tested
I suppose they must be useful for something, as they've been selling successfully on eBay for £10-20
