EV charger -Anderson (Costessey NR8)

I have an Anderson EV charger, bought about 3 years ago new, which worked initially, and then it didn’t respond to the internet, although it charged if you did it manually They sent me another, ( pictured) for which exactly the same happened. It is not clear if this is an internet issue or what. It is now outside warranty and I have give. Up with it!
I therefore have a spare boxed one, without a cable . If anyone knows about these things and thinks they can make it work, they are very welcome to try. No cable included.
