4 packs of each, diet rice and pasta. Search online for bulk.com for information about these items which are low calorie, fat free, sugar free.
I bought them a while ago, did not like the texture and forgot all about them. The best before date is the end of January but this means they are still safe to eat after then as it is not a use by date.
